Rasputin Restaurant & Cabaret Celebrates Earth Month With Eco Fashion Pop-UpShop Last night, Rasputin Restaurant & Cabaret honored Earth Month by offering trendsetters and foodies a chance to dine on contemporary Russian fare at The Nexus Townhouse Ethical Fashion Pop-Up Store in midtown. The chic shop featured independent ethical fashion designs as guests browsed, enjoyed complimentary cosmetic touch-ups with Kroma Makeup and indulged in tasty hors d'œuvre with a Russian twist! Rasputin Owner and upcoming reality star Marina Levitis and Director Michael Levitis donated all the cuisine for the special event. When asked why they decided to take part and donate their services, Marina laughed, “this event encompasses two of my great loves: Fashion and Rasputin!” Marina explained, “April is Earth Month and the designs are eco-friendly! I am involved in numerous charities—and everyone seems to love Rasputin’s food! It works!” Marina and Michael are set to star in the upcoming new reality show Brighton Beach, which will premiere this summer on Lifetime! Located in New York’s Brighton Beach, Rasputin Restaurant & Cabaret is a one-of-a-kind Supper Club which fuses Russian style cuisine and live performances. Rasputin—open Fridays and Saturdays—will host and cater any soirée including weddings, dinner parties and luncheons, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays and runway shows! Marina and Michael have brought-to-life a unique space that offers city-dwellers a traditional Russian nightlife experience, as they branch the supper club into a national brand. Along with their day-to-day duties with Rasputin, the reality stars are involved in numerous charities including Chabad's Children of Chernobyl, Russian American Jewish Experience, UJA-Federation of New York’s Russian Division and OR Movement.
