WHAT: The 2011 Miss USA contestants had an exclusive evening soirée at the world-renowned Philippe Chow New York on Wednesday, May 25th, 2011. The girls dined on gourmet Chinese cuisine and mingled with one another in the restaurant’s private room on the second floor. The evening dinner was held as a pre-pageant activity before the contestants head to Las Vegas for the 60th anniversary of theMiss USA pageant at the Theatre for the Performing Arts in Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino. The annual pageant will be held on Sunday, June 19, 2011 and aired live on NBC from 9-11PM EST. The dinner was the first time all of the beautiful contestants dined together, along with President of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula M. Shugart.
